David Benyehuda, Chairman and Board Member
David has a distinguished career in both public and private sectors. These included 5 years as Director of Maintenance Department of the Soreq Nuclear Research Center in Yavne, Israel, 3 years as a Project Engineer of a large housing project, in Savion, Israel, 3 years in charge of irrigation systems development for the Mekong Project (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam) and 22 years work for the United Nations Development Program.

While working as the Director of Operations and Deputy Director of the Office for Project Services (UNOPS), David played pivotal roles in evaluating and developing numerous projects for the Government of China in connection with CICETE/MOFTEC, the Supreme Court of China, the Custom Administration, the Petroleum Corporation of China, and the National Environment Agency (NEPA). He also did substantial work for the Government of Laos on preparation of a manual and general conditions for international tendering and trained officials in these matters, and for United Nations Development Program on project evaluations for several Asian Countries.

David has an engineering degree from UCLA.


Jeffery Long, CEO and Board Member
Jeffery is a strong promoter of bilateral educational and cultural exchanges as well as international trade and investment, has business interests spanning across international trade, consulting, and investment. Over the past decade, Jeffery has had a number of successful entrepreneurial ventures to assist foreign companies with developing their businesses in China.

Among his successful engagements include functioning as the sole coordinator for the United Nations Development Program for Chinese State-owned enterprises from 1995 through present, arranging public and private meetings with top Chinese government officials for U.S. corporations, organizing and sponsoring cultural and educational exchange programs and business seminars, and acting as a liaison for the State of New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission in China since 2000. In 2002, Jeffrey initiated and organized the New Century Enterprise Forum in Beijing in association with Beijing University and American International Group.


James Wang, Executive Director and Board Member
James has over 13 years of experiences in international finance, management consulting, and wealth management. A veteran investment banker, James has extensive experience in deal origination and syndication, having previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Bank where he advised corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, structured complex cross-border transactions and managed capital market deal flows. James is also a strong promoter of educational and cultural exchanges. Over the years, James has conducted many seminars in Asia and built close relationships and creditability with local regulatory bodies, financial intermediaries, and public and private companies in the region. In 2002, along with Jeffrey, James actively coordinated the New Century Enterprise Forum, held in Beijing, in association with Beijing University and American International Group.

James holds an M.B.A. degree with concentration in finance from Duke University.


Jun Gong, Legal Counsel – Greater China
Jun is a practicing partner at the prestigious Jun He Law Offices in Beijing, China. Specializing in foreign investment, anti-dumping and safeguard measures investigations, and natural resources law, Jun has over the years provided legal services to numerous multinational corporations in a variety of industries in China including financial services, power, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, media, insurance and construction. Other than providing counseling services, Jun has represented clients in arbitration, litigation and other legal proceedings, such as anti-dumping and safeguard measures investigations.

Before joining Jun He in 1993, Jun worked at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen in San Francisco for over two years in the late 1980s where he primarily worked on corporate and investment matters.

Prior to that, Jun worked for three years in the mid-1980s at the Department of Treaties & Law of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations & Trade (now Ministry of Commerce). While at the Department, in addition to examining and approving major foreign investment contracts, Jun also participated in the drafting of a number of foreign related regulations, and negotiated on behalf of the Chinese government bilateral investment protection agreements with a dozen foreign countries.

Jun holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of San Francisco’s McLaren School of Business, a LL.M. from the Columbia Law School and a LL.B. from Peking University Law School.
